We already have an IT provider. Is switching worth the disruption?+
Most of our clients came from another provider, so the transition is the part we’ve done most often. We audit what exists, document what’s undocumented, and cut over in stages so nothing goes dark. You’ll see the plan before you commit to it — that’s what the free consultation produces.
What does this actually cost?+
Pricing depends on how many people you support and which compliance obligations apply. Plans start at $129 per user. What we will commit to now: no long lock-in designed to trap you, and no constant upsell after signing.
What’s included, and what counts as extra?+
Managed plans cover monitoring, patching, user support and security maintenance. Project work — a migration, an office build-out, new hardware — is scoped and quoted separately so you always know which bucket something falls into before it starts.
Do we actually need compliance work, or is that an upsell?+
Honest answer: it depends what you handle. If you touch patient data, take card payments, or sell to government or enterprise buyers, a framework already applies whether or not anyone has told you. The consultation identifies which ones. If none apply, we’ll say so.
Do we lose control of our own systems?+
No. You own your licences, your domains, your data and your documentation, and you keep administrative access. If you ever leave, everything transfers — we’ll hand off cleanly rather than hold anything hostage.
Do you work on site, or is it all remote?+
Both. We’re in East Williamsburg and cover Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan and the wider New York City metro. Hardware, network installs and migrations happen in person; monitoring and daily support are remote.
